Always something special
The Kangasala Arts Centre is a culture hub, opened in 2015, and located in the centre of Kangasala – a charming town just a 20-minute drive from Tampere, the third largest city in Finland, and 170 kms north of Helsinki.
The Kangasala Arts Centre has more than 400 events and about 50,000 visitors annually.
At the Kangasala Arts Centre you can find Kangasala Hall, a 300-seat concert hall, and the Kimmo Pyykkö Art Museum. The Art Museum hosts several exhibitions per year and a permanent exhibition A long distance atelier, presenting the art of the sculptor Professor Kimmo Pyykkö.
